- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hob, fridge),

There is no private parking.

A management fee of €286 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
