良かった点 : チェックイン、掲載情報の正確さ
The air conditioning wss great BUT is only in the living room. This means you have to leave the bedroom door open all night to stay cool. We might as well have rented a studio closer to the centre.
The location is nice and quiet within walking distance of the beach, shops, the tram and the promenade.
However, it was a long walk into the centre of Nice.
The apt itself is very basic and we didn't have enough towels and paper essentials for a week long stay. We were provided with 1 large towel each and there were no hand towels in the bathroom.
It felt a lot like student accommodation.
The bed linen was of a cheap quality.
The chairs in the living room were scratchy and uncomfortable.
The walls are very thin and the neighbours were very loud both during the day and at night time.
The stairs up to the 2nd floor were a lot in the heat.
The apt was clean, but not all the dishes were cleaned when we arrivedand the floor could've done with a good mopping.
Communication was minimal.
I would not stay here again.
It is overpriced and not cared for.
