The staff was VERY helpful in recovering my cell phone when it was lost in the taxi that took us from the hotel to the port to board our ship. They were also extremely helpful in picking us up from the airport and arranging for us to check in to a room early, which we badly needed. I could not say enough wonderful positive people who work at Novatel there, and how much I appreciated them finding my cell phone for me.

Parking is great and secure. Hotel is very good and so convenient. The buffet breakfast is very good and there is loads of choice. Very short walk to massive shopping mall and also the sea. Also good transport into the heart of Nice. Only five minutes in car to airport or their free shuttle service.

Lovely room but aircon only worked a few minutes every hour so was very warm. Booked this hotel because it had pool and even when we arrived and asked we weren’t told it was shut due to works so that was really disappointing. Good location though and free shuttle back to airport was very good.

Fantastic staff, very accommodating. Great shuttle service. Very close to a shopping-mall with lots of dining options and the beach is right there too. HOWEVER: swimming pool area infested with mosquitoes! We were there only ten minutes and were bitten everywhere, even on our faces. This is a great economic hotel otherwise.

We have stayed here a few times and it just gets better. So handy for the airport and has free and secure parking. Right at the entrance to the superb Cap 3000 Shopping Mall and also close to the coast. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the rooms are better and the restaurant is very nice looking over the garden and the pool. The breakfast is really worth it and there loads of options.
