  • Welcome to STUDIO ROYAL LUXEMBOURG, a spacious studio apartment located in one of Nice's most popular residences, in the heart of the prestigious Carré d'Or district on the famous Promenade des Anglais.

It is open from 1 May to 15 October (opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Opening hours: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm). It is accessible to all residents of the building.

Agréable séjour

La localité, la piscine sur le toit, la vue, les prestations de l'appartement, confort, modernité, beau balcon, la salle de bain. La literie pourrait être améliorée et il existe un problème d'insonorisation externe.

Great view, great access to old town

The location is great, the view is great We didn't have any heat or cooling. There were renovations going on on both sides of us and the noise was awful. No need for an alarm clock. We were shaken out of bed by jack hammers.

Royal Luxembourg Studio Apartment

Location of the Apartment is fabulous with views over the Mediterranean and close to excellent local amenities. The booking of the Apartment, key pick up and return and service from Nestor and Jeeves was excellent. The Apartment could do with some updating, decoration and a good deep clean. However, it was very pleasant and met our needs.
