ROSIE FRANCE RIVIERA is a nice air-conditioned apartment with a terrace. It is ideally located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches. The tramway stop "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen", 2 stops from the hyper center is at the foot of the building. This tramway has a direct line to the airport.



The apartment is equipped, so you will appreciate its layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live in.

You will be seduced by the balcony where you can have a glass of rosé in the evening after your long walks in the streets of Nice.



Heating/Cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

良かった点 : 清潔度
Le plus intéressant est la situation à proximité de la promenade des Anglais, la climatisation et l'isolation de la porte fenêtre ainsi que la présence de produits d'hygiène et de soin. Par contre les cloisons sont très fines et le respect du silence après 23h aléatoire. L' équipement de cuisine est minimaliste.
