HOLIDAY VIBES is a one bedroom apartment with a beautiful terrace located a few seconds walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.

It also has a private parking space for free.



In a modern and fully equipped style you will be seduced by the atmosphere of this apartment.

It is located in a pleasant courtyard with a few houses around. If necessary, you can safely park your vehicle there for free on a reserved space.

This apartment has a terrace of around 35m2 where you can fully enjoy the sun with its garden furniture.



It also has free WIFI and air conditioning. Thanks to its television you can access hundreds of available channels.



In just a few seconds on foot you reach the beaches, the pedestrian zone with its many shops and restaurants.

You will then reach Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops as well as Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties.

The nearest tram stop is: Center universitaire Méditerranéen.



HOLIDAY VIBES is laid out as follows:



TERRACE:

The terrace surrounded by greenery is equipped with a cozy summer lounge and a large parasol.



LIVING ROOM :

The living room consists of a comfortable sofa-bed for 2, a dining table, a TV and air conditioning.



KITCHEN:

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a dishwasher.

In a cupboard outside is the washing machine.



BEDROOM :

The bedroom offers a double bed, a nice armchair, a TV and storage cupboards.



BATHROOM :

The bathroom has a pleasant shower, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer and a toilet.

The « boutique » Conciergerie located in the center of Nice will be present to assist you throughtout your whole stay.

Functional little place

Had most of the essentials (someone was parked in my designated space and despite multiple communications with the concierge, the parking space was not available). Layout was functional, outdoor space nice. The key pickup and drop off was inconvenient (had to walk half mile on uneven sidewalk with large luggage alone to reach rental. Checkout was also very early (wanted the key back by 1030). With working wifi, hot shower, AC, small washer-dryer, and working kitchen, was all I really needed for my 5 day stay. Would recommend
