Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We really enjoyed our stay! I was a little nervous prior because there were no ratings but it truly exceeded our expectations. Great location and is in close proximity to Old Town, train station, and the water. The apartment had lots of space to spread out and the views were insane. A couple thing to note before you book your stay here: you have to pay extra for towels, we had a five night stay where we were only provided two rolls of toilet paper, and the location of where you pick up the keys is about a 30 minute walk from the actual apartment. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Nice October 2025

I have rented in various countries for many years, have been coming to Nice for decades, and found this rental fulfilled our needs. Pro: great location with both food and transport nearby, clean, bright, elevator (rare in Nice's tourist rentals), roomy, quiet. Con: bath - you need be slim and agile, bed on the floor, drafty when windy, awful kitchen knives, oven blows all fuses. The keys are only available at the downtown office (60 euros if by taxi), extra fee per person if you want towels.
