Mauvais aspect de l'établissement Réception bizarr

Personnel pas au courant des réservations . Manque de confiance. Nous sommes vite accusés quand on signale un problème dans la chambre . Pub mensongère, on nous dit qu'il y un parking c'est faut oui il y a des places pour se garer naturellement mais c'est payant jusqu'à 20 h. Le personnel n'accepte pas la critique , ils deviennent très agressif .Salle de bain confort horrible, ne pas ètre trop costaud pour rentrer dans la douche . Quartier pas très rassurant . La télévision fonctionne quand elle en a envie .

Mauvais et Déçue.

L'avenue de l'hôtel est en travaux et l hôtel n'a même pas la courtoisie de vous prévenir ou de vous donner un plan pour arrivée à l hotel. J'ai du laisser la voiture loin et j étais chargée. l'hôtel n a pas de wifi il fait demander un code de chiffres et de lettres compliqué puis l'accès aux chambre spartiate des escaliers compliqué. Une réception bizarre ou la demoiselle vous tutoie bref, la chambre spartiate avec cependant le nécessaire, le matelas un tue rien. La demoiselle vous amène le dej dans votre chambre bizarre mais pourquoi pas.

Snap niet dat Expedia dit hotel in hun programma hebben opgenomen. Hotel is oud/vies/slecht/onhygiënisch. Kamer is klein, alles is kapot of in heel slechte staat. Toilet en badkamer zijn op de gang, deur van het toilet kan niet dicht en op slot en de deur van de douche is beschimmeld en doorgerot. Schandalig !!!

Staffs are nice but don't speak English at all.

Staffs there are nice but none of them speaks English. They didn't understand I already paid online through Hotels.com and still charged me. I am now complaining to Hotels.com. If you don't speak French, don't suggest.

Cheap, it has everything you need to sleep when you can renounce any kind of convenience. Within a 15 minutes walk from the airport.

l’hôtel ne possède pas de parking dans un quartier en travaux où il n'est pas possible de garer notre véhicule. Les volets de la chambre sont cassés. alors que stipulé dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas de petits déjeuners possibles.

En arrivant. Réception au premier étage sans ascenseur. La dame est gentille mais français basic. La chambre store délabrés. Lit qui grince. La dame me fait comprendre qu'il ne faut pas dormir Sous la couverture mais dans les draps à l'intérieur. J'ai préféré dormir dessus en me couvrant du drap. L'état du lit un peu douteux. Lorsque tu utilise que ce soit les toilettes ou la douche y'a un bruit de tuyauterie vraiment fort. La télévision en mauvaise état. Pour le prix cest franchement excessif Le seul avantage c'est la proximité de petit supermarché et petits restaurants et bistrot. Au départ. La dame n'arrive pas à me donner des explications Simples sur la direction à prendre. Je ne le recommanderai surtout pas.

Le cauchemar

Cet hôtel est vraiment très sale. Bac à douche bouché avec des remontées. WC bouché aussi.lavabo avec de la crasse et les sols pas fait du tout en couplé avec 2 enfants cette nuit à était un cauchemard. Heureusement que l on prenait l avons le lendemain pour les vacances.!!

Nicht zu empfehlen.

Leider sehr heruntergekommen. Die Duscje im Zimmer ist eine Zumutung. Es gibt nicht mal einen Duschvorhang und nach dem Duschen steht das gesamte Zimmer unter Wasser. Der Abfluss riecht.

Ikke besøk dette hotellet!

Dette var et nedslitt uhygienisk hotell som ingen må finne på å besøke. Ingen service og omgivelsene var ikke noe å skryte av de heller. Vi bestillte det for at vi ankom sent og skulle reise tidlig, og sette ikke så store krav. Men rommet var ikke i nærheten av å være lik bildene her inne. Verste jeg hotellet jeg har opplevd.

soggiorno molto gradevole, staff ultra disponibile

Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, posizione comoda. Stanza semplice, essenziale e silenziosa. Wi-fi perfettamente funzionante. Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli dopo il check-out per una visita di Nizza protrattasi fino al tardo pomeriggio. Al ritorno in hotel per il ritiro dei bagagli ci hanno offerto di fare una doccia prima di riprendere il viaggio.

Hotellissa kukaan ei puhu enkkua. Huone aika ankee mutta puhtaat lakanat ja suihku siisti. Taksin tilaaminen hotelliin on vaikeaa ellei mahdotonta. Ystävällinen palvelu kuitenkin kun auttoivat löytämään tien lentokentälle sit kävellen, kiitos siitä. Hinta korkea tasoon nähden.

Hôtel correct: accueil agréable, petite chambre propre, possibilité d'avoir un petit déjeuner plutôt copieux en chambre ( croissant, pain, beurre, confiture, 2 yaourts, fromage, fruit). Idéal pour une nuit, pour un concert par exemple (stade Erhmann à 2 km, â faire en voiture). Par contré, parking absent et cette fois ci il y avait des travaux....

Never will book again

Phone never pick up,the door bell downstairs seems broken,nobody open the door,no customer service,hotel outside under construction,no car can park in front of the hotel,so prepare to carry your big luggage.

j'avais selectioné un hotel à Nice Hotel Oasis,je voulais utiliser une nuitée gratuite n'arrivant pas à le faire,j'ai appelé votre site,la personne que j'ai eu en ligne m'a expliqué que je ne pouvais le faire,car pour cela il fallait faire un paiement en ligne,j'ai demandé alors de me recommander un hotel similaire ou je pourrai utilisé cette nuitée j'ai reçu le lendemain un mail me recommandant entre autre l'hotel NICE SAVOIE faisant confiance à votre organisme j'ai passé commande de 2 nuitées L'hotel en question est situé dans un quartier en plein travaux ,à deux pas de l'aéroport ,sans climatisation dans un état de décrepitude avancé ,sans aucun confort,sans aucune sécurité ,sans détecteur de fumée...j'en passe et de meilleures Nous avons bien entendu décampé le lendemein matin à la première heure sans demander le reste.vu mon insatisfaction et votre manque de sérieux, je pense à l'avenir ne passer de vos services dilettantes. Close access to airport

Major difficulty was there was no elevator. Reception is on first floor, up about 20 stairs, as was my bedroom, but others had another flight to climb with their suitcases. No airconditioning apart from a fan in the room. Very compact but had toilet, shower and sink ensuite. Manageress very helpful and spoke English well enough to understand my need for a taxi at 4:00am Believe it was a reasonable rate for room at height of season. Suitable for a short stay, Prebook airporter bus for going to the airport.
