The apartment was in excellent condition. The location in the Old Town was great - very convenient to all the sights, shopping, and restaurants. The hosts made our stay very easy from check in to check out.

Very well maintained apartment with many little perks like slippers, wine, snacks and abundance bathroom products. Beds were very comfortable but be aware that the loft gets pretty warm and the metal stairs can be tricky. They do provide a fan though.

Absolutely Lovely

The apartment was just as described and the location could not have been more perfect! Steps away from everything in old town and 1 block from the beach! Gorgeous place with VERY comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely extra touches such as very large bath towels, slippers, and welcome snacks and drinks. Our flight got cancelled and we had to arrive much later than planned and the host was very accommodating which we were to very thankful for. Central air which is not the norm in old town locations, was superb and kept us comfortable. Everything was new, updated, beautiful and thoughtful. Would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend for your vacation to Nice and the French Riviera.

Beautiful unit in a great location in Old Nice. We were very happy with our stay right around the corner from the market and the waterfront. Very flexible at checkin when we were delayed in our arrival. Thank you!

Brilliant stay

Stayed with two friends for the weekend. Apartment is a great location and perfect for a long weekend. Monika was brilliant the extras in the apartment (drinks, toiletries etc) were amazing. Would def stay again.

A perfect place to stay

This place is newly renovated and well appointed. Being situated in historic old town gives it an extra special feel with its modern design. After long hot days visiting nearby towns, our family always looked forward to returning to this clean and fully air conditioned apartment. Monika was also always a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommended for families who enjoy travelling in comfort!

Great place to stay while in Nice!

Perfect location!

Monika arranged airport transportation for us, and her assistant met us at the property to show us around. The apartment was even better than the pictures! There were drinks (wine, beer, and water) and a few snacks. There were ample paper s products and toiletries. This is one of the best Vrbo properties we’ve stayed at, and we’ll definitely stay here again in the future!!!

Excellent property in Vieux Nice (Old Town Nice)

This comfortable three-bedroom apartment appears to have undergone a complete renovation recently and feels brand new. It is stylish and contemporary. Excellent lighting compensates for the lack of natural light in the very narrow streets in this area of the old town. We rented this apartment in part because of the availability of a washer/dryer. Note that, as far as we could determine, there is no hot air dry cycle, only a steam dry cycle that left our clean laundry damp and in need of air drying on racks that are provided in the apartment. The location is outstanding in the old city center, with many, many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We recommend the restaurant “Le Panier,” located just across the street from the apartment, which is highly rated and has an exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic staff. The nearest parking garage is Parking Cours Saleya (underground at the open marketplace), a 5-minute walk from the apartment. However, this garage is dirty, has very tight and narrow parking spaces difficult to maneuver into, and has a reputation for car break-ins. A much better option is the Parking Sulzer (underground at the Esplanade Georges Pompidou, entered from the Quai des Etats-Unis), which is an 8-10 minute walk from the apartment. While it is expensive (approximately 20 euros overnight, it is extremely clean, well lit, and has much more spacious parking places as well as much easier turns through wider aisles.

Ideal Old Town hideaway

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in a very comfortable, modern apartment hidden away in old town in a quiet, cool location. Yards from the ocean and multiple restaurants, shops and markets, we could not have asked for a better set-up. Monika was responsive and helpful throughout.

Excellent séjour au coeur du Vieux Nice. Très bon accueil, appartement très propre, bonne literie, excellent emplacement dans quartier animé à 50 mètres du marché et 100 mètres de la mer. Seul point à améliorer: la wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas toujours correctement. Nous reviendrons.
