We had a fantastic stay at Sophie’s place. It is well located, a good size for two, and particularly enjoyed the two balconies. A short walk to some good restaurants and old town. We would be happy to stay again.

Tolle Wohnung. Kommunikation und Checkin waren Prima. Die beiden Dachterrassen haben uns besonders gefallen. Lage war auch super. Viele Cafes und Restaurants vor der Tür. Kurze Wege zur Altstadt und zum Strand war es auch nicht weit.

We stayed in this apartment for ten weeks and loved it. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The hosts, Jean Marc and Sophie were very friendly and responsive. There were two heatwaves during our stay and the air conditioner was very effective. I loved how bright the apartment was and we enjoyed both terraces. The location is excellent. We could walk to most things and the tram was just a few minutes walk. There are many, many restaurants close by although we discovered that our favorites were a little bit off the beaten path and not down the blue part of Rue Bonaparte. In 5 minutes we could be at our favorites - Salette, Ignis, Bavaro Burger, Yose, and Quarino. The Italian coffee shop and bar (Per Lei) on the corner has great coffee and an excellent happy hour. We fell in love with Nice and this apartment. We hope to return next year.

Perfection!

Wonderful host, beautiful apartment, fab location. Well equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay in Nice, and with a balcony on either side you get both morning and evening sun! We can't thank Sophie enough, and would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé, ma fille adolescente et moi même, une semaine très agréable dans ce logement très bien aménagé, calme et très bien placé au centre de Nice,proche du port, de la plage et peu éloigné de la gare, avec le plaisir de pouvoir utiliser la terrasse spacieuse et le balcon pour profiter de la lumière et du soleil. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement bien équipé et très bien situé à proximité de plusieurs boulangeries, d'un supermarché, de toutes sortes de restaurants, des transports en commun, de la vieille ville, du port et de la plage. Les propriétaires étaient très sympas, accueillants et de bons conseils pour des bonnes adresses gastronomiques. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et le balcon au sixième et dernier étage de l'appartement.

Sophie's place is wonderful!

Location is so great, very close to beautiful Port Lympia and many bars, restaurants and cafe's right outside, walking distance to Old Nice. Sophie is lovely and welcoming, she met us when we arrived, the space has everything you need for a short stay and the balconies are a nice bonus, the picutres do not do it justice. Would happily stay again, thank you Sophie :)

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und auch ruhig durch die Lage im sechsten Stock, wunderbar mit der Dachterrasse und dem zusätzlichen Balkon. Zu Fuß ist alles Wichtige in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit Sophie war reibungslos und prompt. Alles gut!

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans l'appartement de Sophie et son mari. Hôte tres sympa et flexible niveau horaire.Le du logement : son emplacement, son exposition et ses 2 balcons. Vraiment topLe seul point négatif pour lequel nous n'avons pas mis toutes les etoiles : un petit manque de propreté général.Néanmoins, adresse a retenir.
