Very clean and everything worked well. Bedding needs to be improved, needs mattress pads and better pillows with clean pillow covers. Upstairs noise (walking on floor) is loud during the night.

We were able to walk to the State Park and attractions which was great. The apartment was clean and tidy inside and we had everything we needed to prepare meals.

The inside was pictured accurately, it was clean and communication leading up to the stay was excellent. The neighborhood was not desirable but most of the area surrounding the falls was not as well. The property was advertised as having towels, shampoo and body wash. There were no towels, and a 3n1 shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bathroom mirror is so high I could only see from my nose up (I'm average 5'4" woman). The living room furniture was very uncomfortable, you couldn't sit on the couch long due to the springs coming up, the chair wasnt bad but only one person could sit there, obviously . The television screen would not come on, had to unplug and plug back in. The pillows were not comfy, recommend to bring your own but did the job for one night.

It was exactly what the picture showed. Only issue, the microwave didn't work on the last night, nor the bathroom switch on the last night. The is very professional and a great communicator. Which is absolutely important. We would come back lease for a longer period.
