Was great. Just wish there were dresser drawers to put our clothes in and some sort of blinds on the windows to keep out light and provide additional privacy.

It worked perfectly for us. It is the first floor of an old house within walking distance of everything and across the street from the aquarium. There were simple rules and the place had everything we needed for a few days.

The pictures in the listing are overwhelmingly deceitful. While the property was within walking distance of Niagara Falls and the aquarium and the neighborhood is in the “historical” district, a few of the neighboring houses were boarded up/abandoned/condemned. We were completely thrown off by the contrast between the online presentation and the actual property and surroundings. Additionally, parking was very limited as the “driveway” was shared by tour vans. Lastly, the chandelier did not work and had an extension cord hanging from it to plug in with black ice scented car trees placed on top for the air freshener.

Nice spot near Niagra Falls

The listing is accurate. It's a nice, clean property. You have to come in through the alley to park (just nice to know). It's about a block away from the aquarium and 3 to 4 blocks from Niagra Falls.

Instructions for home use are not very concise. As a result, we were locked out at one point. The 85 cost for the property owner to send a locksmith resulted in the door being accessed via a putty knife. Turns out this happens often. An extension cord to the washer and dryer does not adhere to any safety standards. The only light source in the sitting area is a chandelier type fixture with a cord that cannot reach any outlets. The "bidet" is the standard spray hose used in a kitchen sink and there was NO toilet paper available. The bathroom vent was overly dusty and there was no smoke alarm. The experience was unsatisfactory.

Great location

The location was great! Super close to everything. Literally in walking distance. Parking was a tad rough. There were multiple cars for the other units so a tad tight but not the host’s fault. Outlets were sparse in the bedrooms. Other than that the place was perfect. Would recommend! And we would stay again!

Not too bad

This place wasn’t too bad.Cons: There was a little leftover trash from the previous people. There wasn’t any hand towels or wash rags. Internet didn’t work.Pros:The bed was comfortable.20 min walk to the state park. Felt safe in the neighborhood even though there’s some rundown houses.

Water was seeping up through the bathroom floor by the toilet, soaking the bath rug. WiFi wasn’t working. No dish towels or hot pads. Host did not respond to messages. The only positive for us was the location.
