Nice hotel close to the beach

I love this hotel!! It made I had amazing trip!! The room is super fancy. Close to the beach and Vincom, we can walk to there!!

Clean and comfortable hotel

This hotel was really good. Had everything we needed for comfort and cleanliness. The views were really great and the staff was helpful. The free breakfast included was horrible. There was no one at the egg "live" station and the staff there seemed rude. The food was also never re filled. But with skipping breakfast I would recommend this hotel. It's a good price and a comfortable stay!

Normal budget hotel. The hotel is in town and very convenient to go. I am not satisfy the Air-con due to even though I turned the temperature to be 16C, the air came out was hot or warm, I cannot immediately cool down. Also the curtain in the bathroom was suddenly dropped down and made me head injury. Hope they can improve it asap.

We were looking for honey moon sweet room with a great view, and room wich I chose was incredible. Loved the round bed, balcony and bath over the glass wall. Those reasons were enough to stay there. But Images in expidia.com show that there are two sweet rooms and both of them has a huge balcony. In this case, I didn’t see the difference and chose the chippest one. The pictures were not correct, that room didn’t have balcony at all. We were very disappointed.

I wanted to give this place minus -1 if I could. First of take those nice pictures off and put the real ones. Straight up lie about the premises. Dirty, there were long hair everywhere floor, bed, bathroom. Room was tiny, opened my luggage and couldn't move around its very small even for one person. Thin walls no privacy and very noisy. There are two major constructions going on behind walls. I could hear people snoring and talking at night in other suites. There are also rats in that building and you can hear them how they race above the ceiling. That place should cost $5 a night. Small, dirty, noisy.

Would not recommend.

Upon arrival we rented a motorbike (150,000 vnd for the day). The bike ran out of fuel less than 1 km from the hotel. The bike would continue to shut off as we were driving. Tried to change it for a different motorbike and the other ones they had all the same issues. When checking out, they charged us (50,000 vnd) saying we stole a small towel. We let them check out two backpacks and they did not find a small towel. They said they couldn't find it in the room so we must have stolen it. I rate this hotel a 0 out of 5 stars.

Value for money

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. As with any hotels there are pros and cons. I will list out below. Pros : Hotel's location is good , lots of eateries, shopping within walking distance and the beach is just across the road. Wifi and the air con is very good. Breakfast spread in our opinion is really good for the price we pay ( don't think I can get this back home). Staff is friendly and check in and out was a breeze. Thankfully during our stay there were no construction on so we slept very well. Taxis all use meter and is cheap. Cons: Improvement should be made to the shower area. It's better that they install a door at the shower area as there is ample space. After each shower the entire floor/bathroom is wet. The glass partition between the bed and bathroom could do with frosted glass instead of a pull across plastic drapes because the bottom part of the drape ( due to the water splashes) is stained and dirty which is so unsightly. So overall it is pleasant stay.

Odeurs épouvantables

Horrible des odeurs en permanence dans la salle de bain des odeurs de selles d'égout d'ail ou autres, impossible de prendre un bain. Personnel douteux et de mauvaise foi. Je ne recommanderais pas cette hôtel.

Had the suite with balcony

I had the suite with balcony which was very nice, especially the balcony and the view. They are however building a new hotel that will likely block the sea view when finished. The breakfast was so-so, the Coffe was very strong and milk & suger was hard to find. The location pretty good, but you have to cross two streets to get to the beach.

The room is non smoking, however as they allow other rooms to smoke in the balcony, the smoke goes into my room and contaminates our air. When we complain about it, the reception is dismissive and said they cannot do anything about it

Pictures are not right. Hotel is required renovation. When I first stepped in the room, my attention was caught by a standing fan so my first instant feeling was that there must be a problem with air conditioning. Air con wasn't cool enough and I asked for change of room but i was told all rooms were sold out. They promised me to change room the next day but they sent a technician to fix the problem instead which I very much appreciated, then I stayed on in the same room without any problem. Actually, the staff was very helpful as they tried to help in many ways. My departure flight was in the afternoon, although my late out couldn't be accommodated, they offered us to have a shower in the lobby shower room so that I got refreshed before taking the flight.

Hotels.com should delist this hotel.

I had checked in to the hotel and found the room unacceptable. An extremely small aircon was used for a "suite room". Curtains were drabby and water leaked all over the bathroom from the bath tub. We did an early check out after 2 hours and found another hotel on our own. Reception guy also was not ready to serve us when we arrived and didn't even bother to us why we wanted to check out after so soon. This place should just be delisted from hotels.com to avoid disappointment to other travellers!

海景房是真的！很漂亮，位置也超级好，五分钟步行可以到海边的沙滩，所以有机会看到了还上的日出！ 但是洗手间很小，而且即使是三人房，仍然使用了透明的门和墙，导致每次用洗手间都要拉帘子拉很久，很麻烦！介意的话要慎选，另外，前台要求押护照或者500k押金，但最终我强烈要求不可以压护照和没有那么多现金而什么都没押
