This is a small hotel. The rooms are clean, bright. The toilet is small but clear & clean. Breakfast combo is not much choice but decent. Good value for cheap price in a convenient place

J’ai demande a change et sois disant les autres chambres de la meme categorie n’etait pas dispo sauf que j’ai verifie et si dispo.....eau de la piscine tres trouble et beaucoup de depot au fond. ZERO STARS FOR YOU EXPEDIA and you know why!!! 5 STARS for the Apollo Hotel. What they lacked because of the swimming pool issue they made up for with everything else including CUSTOMER SERVICE which was excellent. They upgraded us upon arrival. Excellent shower with excellent pressure and hot and cold water. Internet was slow at times. Breakfast delicious and very satisfying. Beds very comfortable. Location is EXCELLENT! Hotel should consider draining and cleaning pool and providing complimentary bottled waters to guestS and upgrading internet. Still 5 STARS for CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Apollo was a great hotel to stay in ! It’s a great location down an alleyway but right by the ocean and restaurants. The shower was nice compared to others and the staff was super friendly ! Would stay here again !

Earplugs

The room itself was very nice, but located at the second floor you hear everything going on in the hotel. The cleaning staff just bursted into the room quite early (around 8 am) and didn't even leave immideately when they realised people was still in bed. At 5.30 am we where awaken by the prepping for the breakfast. The hotel also keeps your passport instead of taking a copy.

I didn’t like that they advertised sea view when there is no sea view. The receptionist said oh the building next door built in front of the sea view. There’s a building under construction but I can assure you it’s been under construction a year or more and I just made the reservation a couple of months ago. They need to remove sea view from their list of available rooms. I changed my reservation at another hotel for the same reason but they told me upfront before I got there. I switched to Apollo for the sea view and it wasn’t there

Facility: wall hair dryer in the toiler, ample wall electrical outlet in room and toilet, mini fridge, Room and toilet is clean but no proper writing desk. Coffee, tea bags, cups and electric kettle is available. Mini pool available on the roof. Location: Opposite the main road facing the beach with convenient shop and seafood restaurants side by side the small lane that leads into the hotel compound. Was given a room with bad leaking air cond and clogged toilet initially. Complain was made in the evening after we came back from dinner. The leak was pretty bad. The technician tried to fixed at night but decided to try again next day as it was late. We had the rubbish bin fulled with leak water by morning. Complained again to the front desk next morning and this time given a replacement room immediately on the top floor. This room is way much better. Receptionist and housekeeping staffs are polite and friendly and the receptionist speaks good English. Would I come stay at this hotel again? Yes, I would despite the inconvenience I had to go through because of the fast response to my complaint. But I do hope they put more attention on the room amenities to avoid repeat of such issue in future.

The best thing about this brand new hotel is its location just off the main Tran Phu (beachside road) of Nha Trang. There are restaurants, shops and tour agencies close by and the beach is just a 100 meters walk away. The rooms are cozy and clean with the bathroom having hot and cold water available at all times with good pressure. All their staff from the reception to the housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mainly local food which tasted allright. Overall good value for the location and would definitely stay here again.
