Check in experience is terrible I have to check in at a different place since the number provided in Expedia was inccoect number. I called Expedia for contacting the owner of the place and I received a response after one hour therefore I have to stay at a different hotel for one night and checked in at this apartment on the second night. "Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. "
