「Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Check-in process was easy to understand. Beds are super comfy and loved that we were greeted with candies and beverages since it was so hot outside. Host was super nice and helpful I needed question. Easy access to the train station and not a long walk. My friends and loved the very cozy feeling of this apartment. 」

「Pros: Good size for Japan standards and quiet neighborhood. Cons: I reached out to property via Expedia and the WhatsApp (directed in the house manual) with some questions and never heard back (stayed there 4 nights). Chairs had old noodles on them, the bathroom reeked of mildew due to shower head leaking behind tub on to a ton of cords. Water pressure of shower was so bad, I had to rinse my hair in the sink (literally a tv bathroom shower head). Also, most annoying is that the closest...

「Maki sent us clear directions and great tips for Tokyo. The apartment was very comfortable and convenient for travel and essential items. We loved returning to the quiet, traditional and local town after a hectic day of sightseeing. 」

「My stay here was amazing . Walking distance to the trains. 711 and plenty of restaurants around the corner. I loved that there was a washing machine in the unit . I was able to wash and air dry my clothes. Checking in and out was a breeze. I highly recommended this hotel . 」

「本当に今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番最悪な宿でした。まず五階だったのにエレベーターもなく、階段も街灯が壊れているのか節電なのかはわかりませんが大きなキャリーケースと小さな子供達と真っ暗な階段を五階まで登って、部屋に着いたけど真っ暗だからキーボックスもどこにあるのかもわからず、ようやく見つけれて中に入ったら バスルームが１つしかなく、バスルームが２つとサイトにはなっていたから この宿にしたのに騙された感じでした。 洗濯機も壊れていたしWi-Fiも繋がらないし 一部屋のダブルベッドもスノコが折れていて かなり傾いていて寝れる状態じゃないし ベランダに出る鍵が壊れていて 鍵が出来ない状態で 五階とはいえ戸締りが出来ない不安と 小さい子供がいたから ベランダに勝手に出るんじゃないかと 不安でした。 色々な事をオーナーさんに連絡したけど ちゃんとした回答も頂けず、日本人じゃない？から会話も通じず 最後に洗濯機の事を言うと 自分で修理依頼をして下さい。と言われました。 なぜこちら側が一度も使っていない洗濯機を 修理しないといけないのかと、 本当に色々な事に不快な思いをしました。」

「初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！ 防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。 近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。 都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！」
