Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking.

「Tom and Sharon's place is in a beautiful location right by the Delaware River. You don't feel like you're as close to the big city as you are. It provided us with easy access to family living nearby and was an easy drive from the Philadelphia airport. 「We had a lovely impromptu get together with our family, 10 of us all together ranging from grandparents down to 11 years old. Home was lovely, clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen, however not many open cabinets to put our food into so we left it on the countertops, making it crowded, but no big deal for a few nights.
