「The apartment was clean and well arranged. We were very comfortable during our stay. The stairs up are tight, but manageable. The neighborhood was a little rough.」

「The studio was nice: good furnishings, a very comfortable high-density foam mattress. Unfortunately I didn't receive the day-of message providing the access codes and had to request once I was there. I got that, but not the wifi access info.The street is busy, with street life at night. That was fine by me but useful to know. 」

「I unfortunately don’t think this was worth 200. Loud upstairs neighbors made it hard to go to sleep. Mildew on bathroom stucco ceiling. Otherwise clean just not stellar 」

「My stay was comfortable for an over night stay after family celebration. I would definitely use this unit again if I travel without a senior person. My suggestion is to clearly identify the unit regarding the stair climbing for prospective renters for the second and third floor. Thank you,」

「Property owner takes great care of the place. Instructions were easy to follow and the location was right down the road from the places we were going to. We would rent again if we ever come back to New Haven」

「The "apartment" is an extension on a house with its own convenient private entrance. We arrived late at night and the seemingly complicated self-check in directions we received turned out to be very simple. It was also very easy to find a variety of dining options nearby in town.We did not use the pool, but the interior "apartment" was lovely. It would have been helpful to know another renter was staying in an adjacent "apartment". We also couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat. Thank...
