「The lady at the front desk during the night/early morning was very kind. She made sure we had what we needed. Our room was clean and breakfast was great. The cleaning staff was very nice. The lady that was at the front desk during the afternoon was not so kind. She had a attitude when she saw me at the front desk. She seemed bothered when I asked if she had any toothbrushes. 「I reserved at $87.15 which included taxes, but they charged my credit card $104.50.I reserved a nonsmoking king. I walked into a room that reeked of smoke. Bedspread had numerous burn holes. Bathroom fixtures had cigarette damage. Bathroom floor was wet. Bathroom mirror was so broken that only about 3/4 of it was still there.」

「This property was excellent. There was a glitch in rating it. It has been renovated and everything is new. Manager was very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.」

The linens on the bed consisted of a fitted...

「It was clean and I could get a smoking room from and have my pet with me」
