Great hotel with amazing staff

Hotel room had all of the necessities we needed and suited our family sleeping arrangement. Lovely staff, they were so helpful and pleasant and accommodated any needs we had. Only minor downside was the size of the lift; we struggled to get our pram in but was able to with a bit of maneuvering.

the staff that we met were polite, helpfull, and hard working. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, we were happy with the food and drink that was available. We are both in our eighties, we coul have done without so many .stairs. Otherwise we were OK.

Great location. Nice room with good facilities and the sea view was a bonus.

Very Disappointed

Very disappointed with our 2-night stay. The room was very hot with no possibility to open the window more than a few inches. No fan. We didn't have access to internet in the room during the whole stay. Frustrating when you need the net due to work. We asked for another room which wasn't possible. Can't recommend this hotel at all.

Hi hotel.com is giving to wrong information under which one show the pictures is Hotel not like that they’re not cleaning every day. The bottom is broken, not Clining I’m not happy with that one and I’m never ever book for the hotel.com again

It was a pleasant stay, the family was a great size and had comfortable beds however the shower and toilet need an upgrade but it was clean. And the breakfast was very nice.

Nice hotel for a long weekend away. The walk up and down the hill to and from this hotel is longer than expected.

Bit dated but nice hotel

Hotel is a bit dated but staff are very friendly and helpful and hotel is kept very clean

Staff were lovely and location is great but my main issue is the extremely late check-in at 4pm?! We only booked for 1 night and set off 6am from London which took 5 hours by train. We arrived to the hotel around just after midday extremely knackered and was told we had to wait till 4pm to check-in which is frankly ridiculous. I’d understand if the check-out was late but that’s at 10am so 6 hours to get a room ready?

£7.50 per night to park

First impressions this place looks good and the hotel has had a cheapo refurb but there is a lack of staff - no restaurant just bar food which you oddly had to book for. The corridors around the hotel are like a timewarp and the rooms are incredibly hot. Also theres a £7.50 charge to park which is just ridiculous when paying so much for the room
