Ocean 1 is a collection of luxury apartments on one of Cornwall’s best stretches of coastline. Fistral Beach lies to the front of the complex which means you can walk from the front door of your apartment to the sand in under 5 minutes - excellent news for anyone in search of the ultimate beachy getaway. For eating out and shopping sprees the town centre is just a 15 minute stroll away so you’ll have plenty of non-beachy activities to keep you and the family entertained during your stay too.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Pets: 1 pet allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Good size flat easy walking distance to the beach

Spacious flat one road behind the beach with great sea view. 3 very good size bedrooms and nicely decorated Fully equipped kitchen, great for familes or friends. The balcony had a table and chairs and was a nice place to sit 1 free parking space comes with the flat too
