「Such a fun experience! You can actually fish right off the back deck….which we did with the grandchildren for hours! The only two suggestions I can make are….bring extension cords for the fans, and kitchen items if you prepare big meals. This didn’t have an effect on our stay. My daughter rented a house nearby and we tapped into her amenities.」

「This was a cute older house right across the street from the water. The house had all our needs, from fresh linens , games , pots n pans Everything was there just like u were at home but best of all the view from the upstairs sunroom was awesome Very easy to communicate with the owners as well as check-in and check out . Highly recommend if you’re looking for a visit to Fortesque!!」

「Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. I would advise caution for those with mobility issues (bad...

「From the moment we booked, Ms. Dorshalee set the tone for an exceptional stay. Communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely warm — exactly what you want when coordinating a family vacation. Every question was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. The property itself was a wonderful backdrop for our July 4th celebration, but what truly elevated the experience was the host’s attentiveness and care. You could tell this...

「The place was very clean, cute and well taken care of. The backyard was large and our dog was happy roaming around in it. Loved the cute dog bowls they had there. My only negative was there was no blind on the backdoor, so I did feel a little exposed. Also, I am not sure, but I think the app they use (Vrbo) made communicating with them challenging at times. However, overall the place was great and nicely located near the beach but not too close. We would defiantly go again.」
