This Central Oregon Coast vacation home is just two blocks south of a public beach and ideally located right next to the Agate Beach Golf Course! The city center is just over two miles away, and you're less than a mile from the Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area which offers a marine garden and lighthouse!
Shiny hardwood floors and new furnishings make this Oregon getaway lovely. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, geometric patterned rug, and comfortable sage green furniture. After a day out on the sand, you can settle down in front of the fire and watch a DVD on the flatscreen TV or stream devices thanks to WiFi.
A beach getaway isn't just for nice weather either: on stormy nights you can be nice and toasty inside, sipping hot cocoa and listening to the rain fall outside. When there is nice weather, a door just off the living room leads to a patio with stunning ocean views, a gas grill, and fire pit.
With seating for up to four, a dark wood dining room table is ready for your home-cooked meals. The full kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets you'll need to tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Dig for clams at the beach to make chowder or buy crab at the market in town for truly memorable meals!
This one-bedroom hideaway is the lower level of a larger dwelling. In the bedroom, a king-size bed with soft linens and a lovely mission-style headboard awaits you. A dresser, bedside tables, black spiral lamps, and a modern floral rug create a spa-like oasis for relaxing at the end of the day. In this room, large picture windows frame a breathtaking view of Agate Beach.
You'll want to ease into getting up in the morning, taking some time to just lie back and appreciate the wonderful view! This one-bedroom getaway will sleep up to four comfortably, thanks to the living room's comfy sofabed. In total, four guests are inviting to share the space's central amenities including one full bedroom, one bath, and laundry facilities.
As nicely decorated as the interior is, you'll definitely look forward to spending time out on the beach! Just a five-minute walk away, you can pack a picnic spread, grab a blanket, and have a sunny, relaxing day out on the sand. And if it's rainy? No problem! Just make the short drive across the iconic green Yaquina Bay Bridge to the Oregon Coast Aquarium for a fun-filled day discovering the mysteries of the sea.

Only two and a half miles south of the house is the historic Nye Beach area. Head there for an exciting day of sightseeing, shopping, and exploring art galleries. For a special, romantic dinner stop by April's at Nye Beach, or for a more laid-back evening, nosh on some sandwiches and shepherd's pie at Nana's Irish Pub.
