This house was great from the smooth check in to the fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans, 2 coffee makers, all utensils, mixer, blender, pizza pans and much more!!!) clean, full washer and dryer, fun games for all to play, perfect for a big family. Also, amazing view! Can’t say enough good things!! Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay. The view was great and it was close to Beverly beach. The downstairs bedroom gave good separation. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook meals easily. The games in the garage were fun for the kids.
Our visit was only a couple days, but this home was perfect. Too bad weather wasn't as cooperative! The location ideally located. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all our inquries. We would stay there again.
Their property was really great, plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably, It did seem a bit stingy to only give two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for 11 adults staying there three nights. But we had a great time and just had to bring our own toilet paper. Also the little pirate trail down to the beach was really fun and easy.
This is a lovely house, with a fun path to the beach! Well stocked. Beautiful view. Only downside was the road noise from Hwy 101. Mary Ann was patient with all of my inquiries/issues.
The house was perfect for our family. We loved that it was close enough to Newport but far enough away at the same time. The view was beautiful of the ocean and the sunset was breathtaking. We would love to go back. The only bad thing was the state park was closed so we couldn’t really use the path.
I would love to say this was terrible, just so that the booking doesn’t become very popular and we could book again, but that would be a lie. It was a perfect location and lovely house. Plenty of room for a group of 10 to spread out if needed or be together as a group. Absolutely loved it. Property owner was very responsive. We plan on booking again.
We were an older group of women, that came together to quilt. We each had our own bedroom .
The long table in the dining room worked out great for us. I would definitely, come back
The house was perfect for the young and old. My father turned 91, and we wanted a special place to celebrate. It was nice the downstairs was great for the kids, and upstairs was good for the adults. Great kitchen, very well stocked with pans and dishes. Its too bad Beverly Beach is closed for 6 months, but lots of other places to visit the beach. We are hoping to visit again.
We spent a glorious week of resting in this spacious home, soaking in the beautiful hilltop views, and relaxing in the private hot tub. Knowing (through previous guests' comments) Beverly Beach was not accessible during our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed other nearby beaches. This home has been thoughtfully arranged and stocked. Thanks for a great time!
We had a group of us from college, over 50 years ago, some who hadn't seen each other for almost that long, the venue was comfortable, cozy and great for just relaxing and reminiscing
Beautiful ocean views, pirate path to Beverly beach so fun, fun kid’s activity equipment in garage,
Beautiful ocean views, pirates path to Beverly Beach was fun, great kid’s activity equipment in garage, well equipped kitchen. Overall great house for our family weekend trip to the coast.
There were no tissues in bathrooms which would have been nice. Also thought a request for maintenance to come by for something to do with a later project was unnecessary . Didn’t appreciate the notice even tho they didn’t come anyway.
Over 40 years of Oregon beach trips equals A LOT of beach houses. None as perfect for our extended family gathering at Beverly Beach House.
It is exactly as described.
We enjoyed the hot tub and front yard spaces as well as the stunning deck and spacious living room. The kitchen was well appointed for a crowd, and we appreciated the extra fridge in the garage. There was even a station with little extras for our pup.
While the BB campground was closed, the day use was open, so we were able to take advantage of the Pirate Trail many, many times— so fun!
We hit the jackpot! Perfect weather, pod of whales we could watch with the telescope—and the exceptional Beverly Beach House definitely made for an awesome unforgettable trip.
I was a little upset yo learn the beach access was closed. I think that should have been important enough to let me know. All other communications was great, but that access let me down as that was probably the most important thing to us traveling across country. The house itself was gorgeous! Very comfortable, well-stocked, clean and all the amenities. Just the beach ( which though not the owners fault obviously) could have been communicated about…
We loved our stay at Mary Ann's place. Our family ranged in age from 10 months to 77. I started out thinking it would be nice to have the extra living space downstairs for some separation. Honestly, we didn't use it except for sleeping although it was a great space. Instead the garage became the hit for the kids and the guys for some reason. They especially liked the basketball game and the foosball. Since it was a nice weekend they could use it with the door up and were still close to the action. We had multiple cooks (the guys) who were all able to work together in the well furnished kitchen. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the view was incredible. We did enjoy the nicely placed firepit one night and had a great time with the s'mores. Would definitely book again.
My family of 5 had a wonderful stay in this Oregon Beach House. The location is great for day excursions up and down the coast.
The house was perfect for us and big enough for everyone to have to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have plenty of towels, spices, sundry items, hangers and staples for our stay. Although located among other homes the house felt very private.
The ocean view out of the kitchen & living area windows is spectacular and we gathered on the deck for sunset every night.
The hot tub was a popular place after a long day and everyone appreciated the pirate shortcut down to the beach.
We had a few plumbing problems during our stay but Mary Ann was very responsive and had someone there right away to fix them.
The only downside of the location is that it is very close to hwy 101 and you hear a lot of road noise. The sound of the waves helped drown out some of the noise.
Overall it was perfect for us and I highly recommend for any families traveling together.
The home was exceptional overall. Loved thst it was comfortable & had a beautiful view. Not overly beachy decor. Nice & tasteful & great place to cook, conversate & relax.
So glad we found this place. The beds and pillows were all so comfortable and the host very quick to respond to messages. The hot tub and rec room and beautiful beach views made our stay extra special. Would stay here again
