IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent -Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. - This advertisement is for (ALL) units in a (9) unit Apartment Complex.) - Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected. -There are no BBQs or Air conditioning on the Property. However, Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a rate of $399/each plus applicable taxes for up to 7 nights. (Max 1 per unit) -High Chair and/or Pack n' Play must be requested more than 24 hours before your arrival. -There is no Laundry on site. The closest Laundromat is 0.7 Miles away on 30th St. - The building has 2 Private Patios separated by a common walkway. This walkway provides access to the beach for other guests staying at this location. Your private patio will be limited to the patio space directly in front of units 1 and 2. -Patio must be cleaned up prior to 10pm. Any excess trash and junk left overnight are subject to fines. - All public hallways and outdoor spaces are monitored by security cameras. There are no security cameras inside the Apartments, However there are cameras on the Patio.
PARKING NOTES In the rear of the building there are 2 separate 2 car garages. You are assigned (2) parking spots. One on the RIGHT SIDE of the RIGHT garage and one on the LEFT SIDE of the LEFT garage. Compact cars are recommended as the garage space is limited. Half of each garage is for Trash Can storage. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking Spots are 74'' wide 172'' deep.
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later-than-advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1 pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
