Summary:

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, value lower unit is just three blocks from the beach! Tile floors and spacious front patio. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bath. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds and the second bathroom is in the hall between the second and third bedrooms. Shared washer and dryer and 1 parking spot in the shared garage. Suitable for smaller vehicles only.

The Space:

This value lower unit of a duplex is a short walk to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula, ideal for sunning, surfing, boogie boarding and more!



The living area has cozy seating and a wall-mounted flat panel TV. Stainless appliances, a built-in microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space make the kitchen an efficient space for whipping up family favorites. The kitchen counter has stools for casual meals and there is a table on the front patio with a charcoal BBQ.



The master bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and en-suite bath. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds. The second bathroom is in the hall between the second and third bedrooms.



The home has 1 parking space in a shared garage with upper unit. Please note that this spot is for a smaller vehicle.



Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, alongside many casual restaurants. Newport Beach has some of the best dining spots all within a short drive or a 10-15 minute walk of this home. Lido Marina Village has many up scale eateries and boutiques and beautiful harbor front views. This location is perfect for families looking to explore all the area has to offer.

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

Newport Redux

Family stay for a wedding near where we used to live. A fantastic return to see some old favorites and visit some new ones. Our VRBO was a perfect base of operations, near where we needed to be, just right for hosting. Can't wait to go back!

Weekend family gathering.

The location and property was perfect for our family. Open layout of kitchen was great for preparing meals. Close to ocean and grocery store. No car needed. Outside of property could use a power wash. The mattress in one of the bedrooms and sofa was too soft, needs replacing. But the good outweighed the bad and we enjoyed our stay. Property was clean.

Great place to sty

This property is very well located, just three blocks from the beach and from shopping and restaurants, but away from the crowds. The Burr White management company was very responsive and helpful, quickly taking care of any questions that we asked of them. The apartment is comfortable and had what we needed. Nice patio, grill, comfortable beds, two nice bathrooms. Make sure your car is not an SUV or larger— the garage is tight when another vehicle is parked there.

Great stay

My parents stayed while in town for my enegagement party. It was super conveniently located by tons of restaurants, but we utilized the kitchen a lot and bought groceries at the Pavilions marke, which was walking distance. The amenities were great and the beds were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their stay

A week at the beach

This property was extremely disappointing from the lack of cleanliness to the poor condition of the property in general. We had leaks when it rained and there was no support during the holiday weekend.

Nice getaway

Only a short, easy walk to the beach. Great dining options within walking distance. You can definitely park your vehicle in the garage, and not need it again for a week! The house itself is nice, could use a few touch ups and updates. Overall it's nice.

Not very clean. Beds not made and very uncomfortable. They felt like waterbeds. Dryer was broken. Called them to fix it but they never came.

Beautiful home

The rental was more than I could imagine. It’s a beautiful home well equipped with items inside the home to use if needed. The kitchen had items to use like kitchen knives dishes silverware pots/pans cups mugs bowls of all sizes trash bags dish soap We enjoyed outside patio opened sliding door to get fresh air breeze. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets to use. We felt safe in the area. No one bothered us. We didn’t use stove to cook because we ordered out. We did use microwave and coffee pot. The local grocery store is close by and that store had everything you would ever need. Plenty of stores near by and places to eat. You can easily ride a bicycle to get around if you prefer. Just make sure you lock it up. There are floor fans to use if needed and we definitely needed to use because inside house was warm due to nice warm weather outside. There are 3 floor fans one in each bedroom. Unfortunately only one fan worked. The master bedroom bed mattress is very very very uncomfortable, it’s old and needs to be replaced. I did not sleep well every night total of 3 nights and 4 days. Sad to said I didn’t get a good night sleep. There is a big big dip in mattress when you lay down you sink in like if several springs in mattress are broken. I had to pile several towels to fill in the gap that sinks in which that didn’t help so than I decided to use one of the extra pillows to fill in the gap and that seemed to work better I didn’t sink in as much. On my husband side of bed the mattress didn’t sink in. The beach was walking distance. Our overall stay was great! I’m happy that I decided to go with VRBO and found a rental that was our home away from home for those days/nights. Will we do it again? With no hesitation that’s a YES! Thank you for beach towel/bag/sand-bucket. We love Newport Beach! The Bravo Family.

Give me the beach!

The price is alright. They fail to mention you will be making your own bed, taking the trash cans out, washing and drying dishes before you leave. No hospitality at all. Also, the check in process was absurd. Too long to explain. Price was good but very misleading.

Great Location, a little small

Great location. Rental company was so easy to work with. The property is a bit outdated. It is a perfect property if you are needing a place to sleep, eat while in Newport, but not so cozy and inviting if you are going to be at the house a lot.
