Great Stay!

House was very cute and updated. Perfect size for a family of 5. Location was great and near lots of restaurants and the beach. Sharing a washer and dryer was not a big deal.

Great Place!

Surf Casita was a beautiful place to stay! It was impeccably clean and very comfortable for our family of four. The house was very secure and close to the beach, restaurants, and a park for the kids.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Place felt safe and clean with high end appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Great location a block from the beach & by the harbor. We would stay there again.

Late February/Early March Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Newport Beach property. The apartment was newly updated and conveniently located to many restaurants and the beach. It was safe and secure- nice to have an indoor parking space to secure vehicle. We will be recommending this location to friends and family.

Thank you Ron for the beautiful condo. We really enjoyed your place. It was very nicely done. The remodel was fantastic!!!! The bed was super comfy also. We loved the location, my husband’s favorite place, since he was a kid, is Charlie’s Chili, so it was great being walking distance. We’ll definitely be back!!!

This was our first time staying in Newport Beach, the property was exactly what we were hoping for. Ron was awesome to work with, he was able to answer any questions we had when we first arrived and felt he went out of his way to make our stay great. The property is a couple minutes walk from the beach and entertainment. It has all the amenities that you would need on a vacation, would definitely stay here again!!!

The property was very well presented with updated finishes, furnishings and amenities. The location is great with easy access to the harbor and ocean beaches. The technology was a little challenging at first but after awhile it was manageable. The host Ron was easy to reach by phone or text. All and all a great place to vacation and relax.

Location, location, location!

We rented the downstairs property, and it was a marvelous experience! We would love to find out if extended family could rent the upstairs when we book the downstairs again? That would provide us with the whole garage as well!

Fantastic Beach house!

Everything was new, tasteful and well thought out in this recently renovated home. Provisioned with everything you could need. Our host Ron was very responsive and invested in ensuring our stay was comfortable and safe. My daughter and two young adult granddaughters and I created some wonderful memories. If you stay here and like Italian food Mama Do’s is a must go. And walk just a few blocks to enjoy Newport Beach Pier at sunset. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer.

Great location near Newport Pier

Very clean , modern, cookware enough to prepare simple meals, lots of towels including beach towels, plenty of toilet paper & paper towels & napkins..also hand soap & shampoo, etc was there. Salt pepper, cooking oil was there& enough plates & silverware…dishwasher was a little finicky but usually did the job. Very nice to have a shared garage & private patio. It was a little tricky having dogs with us as we had to walk blocks away for them to “do their business” as there is no grass or dirt close by…

Perfect Newport stay

Our family had a perfect stay at this property. We could not find fault or suggest any improvements - we genuinely loved it that much. It is in the perfect area for exploring Newport - just across the road from the pier, restaurants and bars. The unit is immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The beds are new, comfortable and the bedrooms are so quiet - the whole family slept soundly all night. The area and unit are safe and there is excellent security. Ron is a very generous host that helped with any questions we had about the area. I would highly recommend this property - the photographs and description are refreshingly accurate. We now have many happy family memories of staying at this property.

Easy and perfect

Check in could not have been easier, property manager provided all information prior to arrival and was great at responding to any additional questions. This home is completely updated with great amenities. Location is not right on the beach, but it is a short walk to the beach and very close to the pier.

The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living room had comfortable seating and a large TV for relaxing in the evenings. Equally as great as the home was the location - quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Ron, the host, was a pleasure. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Place with Quick Walk to Beach

This place was absolutely gorgeous! It is a super quick walk to the beach/boardwalk which was very nice. Beach chairs and towels for us to use was a nice added benefit. Everything is new and updated, we wish could have stayed longer.

Stupendous Stay at the Surf Casita

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this property for a week. It is modern, fresh, clean and packed with amenities. We loved being minutes from the beach (a short walk), boats, food and drink. We also liked that we were on a small, quiet street. I would definitely stay here again. Ron is a fabulous host! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Relaxing beach stay!

The property was so cute and very clean. There was a lot of attention to detail to make it cozy. We loved how close it was to the beach/restaurants. We absolutely loved the outside patio area where our 4 year old loved to take her toys and play. Ron was very pleasant to communicate with and made our stay enjoyable! Only things to note in case it matters to you: there is another property above you so you can hear the other tenants sometimes, you share the garage, and you share the washer/dryer. This didn’t deter us and Ron made sure we were as comfortable as possible.
