Enjoy your spacious villa overlooking the Pacific with easy access to the beach, Balboa Island, Fashion Island, and Knott's Berry Farm. Resort activities are available, including tennis and basketball, an onsite putting green, three outdoor pools and a modern fitness center. Rent a bike and explore Newport Coast, BBQ some lunch and enjoy a picnic with the family, schedule time for a massage at the luxurious spa, or enjoy an alfresco meal at La Vista Pool Bar & Grill.

This two bedroom villa sleeps eight and features a king bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (separate walk-in shower and jetted tub). The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa for two extra guests. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination unit and single vanity. The villa equips a full kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, drip-style coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and cookware. Off the kitchen is a washer & dryer for your convenience. The living room features cable tv, a sleeper sofa and a separate dining area for six guests. The property has complimentary wireless internet for guests inside units and in public spaces.

Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Pictures of units are representative and decor may vary.

An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
