Hosts made check in so easy and the check out process was so convenient. The location of this house could not be better! So close to the beach and just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very cute inside and out and plenty of room for all 8 of us! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and price

This property was great. Rich was very responsive and checked us in early. He was accommodating and answered all questions we had. The location is fantastic and at a reasonable price. Kitchen was fully stocked with equipment (the most important aspect to me). The only thing I'll say is that I wish we had the ability to open and close the living room blinds. Would definitely recommend this place or any other property owned by them. The check-in process can be daunting because of all the forms and information you have to give, but this is a Newport Beach requirement, not an owner requirement. Great stay, and if we go to the area again, we'll be staying at one of these properties.

Centrally located!

Amazing week in a beautiful home! Upon arrival Richard was there in person and helped walk us through everything we needed and answered all our questions. We’ve never had someone greet us in person when we’ve rented a home, so we were sure what to expect but it was a nice touch. Had there been any issues (which there weren’t) he was right there to assist which was comforting! Things we loved: - centrally located: beach, grocery store, delicious restaurants all within 10 minutes walking distance. - clean, well maintained, looked recently updated - provided chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, beach towels were handy! - the ground level patio and 3rd floor patios were stunning; perfect bonus hang out spaces - instructions and expectations were clear and manageable Things that took some learning/we didn’t like: - parking is TIGHT but that’s the whole area, We got an F-150 into the covered parking but make sure you’re a confident driver and have a lookout helping you - some type of sensor (smoke alarm?) in the twin bed room on the second floor is very sensitive. You have to keep the sliding door shut at all times while someone is showering or it begins to beep if it gets too steamy! - the internet connection to the AppleTV was slow/buggy, we weren’t able to AirPlay music to it or screen share - some of the bedrooms didn’t have locks. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have more privacy/security

Staycation

PROS: Beautiful place. Quite spacious for beach rental. Has all the necessities and extras are available. Great location. Lots of rooms and beds. CONS: No hot water anywhere. Luke warm showers MAYBE on 2nd & 3rd story IF no one else is using any water. Needs a few non-essential repairs. Fridge handle, oven door,, etc. washer dryer super nice to have but take super long… like3-4 hours to dry Overall tho - great place!

Awesome location and accomodations

We had a great stay - so close to the beach and our event. The house easily slept three couples, could have been more. The host was wonderfully helpful and made check in and check out a cinch.

The property is extremely clean and well maintained. The owner is very helpful and responsive to questions. The location is great and near the pirate house, also short walk to the beach. All eminities made our stay enjoyable.

Annual family beach trip

Beach Vacation

This was our first vacation in Newport and the location is perfect. Walking distance to everything and just a short distance away to the beach. The house was so pretty and spacious. I didn’t know it was two units in one whole home but we only ran into the other guests a few times. Although we prefer contactless check-in Rich was such a friendly host. Tight parking in the shared carport space but that’s expected in beach cities. Loved all of the amenities (hairdryer in the bathrooms were unexpected but a great addition!) I would stay again for sure. Quiet neighborhood too we are usually in bed by 8:30-9 and didn’t have any issues.

Newport 40th Birthday!

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely! Proximity to the beach is amazing; only two blocks away. Our host, Rich, was very informative, helpful, kind, and attentive. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent stay

The house was exactly as advertised and we had everything we needed. Rich was very helpful all week long and very communicative. Talk to Rich before you rent bikes from somewhere else, he will deliver them to you and pick them up when finished at a better price than we found anywhere else.
