  • Near the Beach on Balboa Island. Just 3 houses away from the Beach. Beautiful, spacious upstairs 1 bedroom with a King size bed, plus a day bed (twin size bed with a twin size trundle bed underneath) in the living room. Lovely kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove and microwave. Television in the living room and in the bedroom. Lots of closet space. Great working space, and excellent WiFi.
    Private washer and dryer. Air conditioning. Spacious patio with gas BBQ grill.
