Although it is advertised as a smoke-free facility, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entering. In addition, the neighboring guests appeared to be long-term occupants and were loud and disruptive throughout our stay. Due to these issues, we felt uncomfortable and ultimately decided to leave in the middle of the night rather than stay the full duration of our booking. The one positive aspect of our experience was the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful."

"The elevators were not working properly. There were two and only one was working. You had an employee operating the one elevator. Then when trying to get out of the parking lot with your key card they were not operating properly. We had to press the call button to alert someone to lift the arm. To get back in the parking lot we had to back up and have someone press the button and the out arm went up for us to enter."
