「The entire cabin was great. I really loved the back porch with the creek side sounds.」

「We decided to do a last-minute getaway to the mountains for a night. Although we only had a short time in the cabin, the time we did spend, there was very relaxing. We definitely want to rebook and stay longer next time.」

「The property was unkempt, very dirty. There were 2 window units for a 3 story 5 bedroom unit which in no way is adequate. The hot tub had not been serviced in a while. There was “ gunk” and debris clinging to the filter. Grill grate was broken, the other had chunks of old food on it. Silverware drawer was full of crumbs ( we assumed that’s is what it was) carpets were filthy. There were several fans in the house, but they were covered in dust. The odor was that of mildew and mold. It was a bad...

「Several items unsafe- sliding glass door lock broken, receptacle plate missing; wires hanging; post on railing on 2nd floor deck missing (our golden retriever could fit through - no question dangerous) Outside could use some TLC; inside was nice.」

「Amazing place ..cozy and well kept」

「We had a very nice time. Thought the place was as advertised. Would of gave it 5 stars if not for the fire pit area. Steps were very steep and the area around the fire pit was also sloped quite a bit, making it difficult to sit around the pit comfortably. Overall thought it was a good value. 」

Very good location to attractions and activities in the area. We were there to go to the Scottish games at Grandfather Mountain. The shuttle service was just at the bottom of the mountain and couldn’t be easier.」

「It was a nice experience staying there, the only thing was that we ran out of hot water.」

「The property is located in Springmaid Mountain. Cell service is very spotty, and you cannot be guaranteed a signal. This made it difficult to access Vrbo for check-in instructions. There was an email with access to a website where you could click on a Check-in button where you would think would give you a code. But since we were not given the key code in advance there were a few minutes of confusion and stress as the property office was closed. Once we were able to get a phone signal we...

「Love all the little things, coffee gift, comfortable beds, Christmas tree, fireplace, new deck, wine bottle opener. This place was absolutely perfect for us. We will definitely rent this house again. Met all of our needs and the location was quite and peaceful. The host put a lot of work into accomodating renters. 」

「Very nice! Thanks」
