This cosy 2 bedroom terraced house offers a stylish accommodation just a few minutes drive from Sunderland city centre. Near all local amenities but far enough to enjoy the quiet you may struggle to get in the city centre. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room easily accommodating for 5-6 guests.

This Cosy 2 bedroom upstairs and downstairs flat is in the perfect location for all areas of the north east with amazing transport links throughout the region. It is close to local amenities such as supermarkets and gyms which make it Perfect for contractors and professionals choosing to stay for longer periods. The small distance it is outside the city centre ensure that guests can enjoy peace and quiet whilst still being centrally located.

The property is situated on a main road just outside the city centre of Sunderland. The area is buzzing with activity but still far enough out of the city centre to be suitable for contractors and professionals wanting more peace and quiet.

It’s really Cosy

I had a fantastic stay at this cosy 2-bedroom apartment. It was clean, well-furnished, and felt like a real home away from home. The living space was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. I’d happily stay here again, highly recommended!
