「The entire staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) were aware that we were there for my partner to rest and recover from a light stroke after released from the local hospital. It was my birthday during our stay, and front desk sent up a plate of Nanaimo bars for my bday; the kitchen knew he wasn't eating and made special effort to send up scrambled egg and ice cream for breakfast his first day; housekeeping asked me each day when he would be out for return testing at hospital and cleaned...

「This is a quaint little motel, clean, quiet. We have stayed there 3 years in a row. We only sleep there and are out all day and it’s perfect for that. Close to the harbour front.」
