We found the apartment lovely and spacious, a great place to rest and refresh while attending events at West Point over 3 days. Had immediate communication with hosts during our stay. Not sure I saw in the listing that it was 3rd floor with stair access and that laundry was not individual to apartment, also no photos of bedroom in listing but host shared upon request. It was much nicer and bigger than pictured. Wish we could’ve spent more time there. A very nice stay!

Great spot close to it all.

Was in the area for a business trip that got extended. Their property is great. Got a few good food attractions near by, easy to get to the City if you would like to, awesome little place to have a stay.

Wonderful in historic town

The property is situated in the best part of Newburgh. The apartment has everything you need, all the conveniences of home, but the quaint charm of an historic dwelling with some of the original features (original built in shelfs, etc.). Very close to restaurants, the historic Victorian home distrIct, Washington headquarters, a quick bridge drive over to Beacon, which is also very historic, which led us accidentally to a cute historic town called Cold Springs.

As a regional manager who frequently travels for work, finding a comfortable and convenient accommodation is essential for me.Your apartment met my expectations in every way. The quiet and peaceful environment provided a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of my workday. The separate office space was a game-changer, allowing me to focus and be productive without any distractions. Being able to prepare my own meals was a huge plus, as it helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle while on the road. Private parking allowed me less concern about my rental car, and the washer and dryer availability was an added bonus.The proximity to great shops and restaurants within a short drive was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the easy access to major highways such as Interstate 84, 95, and the Taconic Parkway made traveling to different parts of NY and CT a breeze. And of course, the breathtaking view of the Hudson River right down the road was truly unforgettable.I want to thank management for providing such a fantastic accommodation and ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property was clean and seemingly well cared for. Fully stocked kitchen. Not very clear in the description that you’ll be staying in what seems to be a three-story apartment building with one apartment on each floor. Shared common access to the front door foyer from the street via electronic combination lock. Each apartment has electronic combination lock door access from the main entry. This listing is for the ground floor. There is shared laundry room in the building, accessed by a separate exterior door with electronic combination lock. There is parking immediately to the right of the building. I suppose you could actually park on the street also, but there were always cars parked on the street in front of the building. It is an old neighborhood and seems fairly safe. Although, not being from the area, I would not walk to the waterfront. However, it is a fairly short walk if you choose to do so. That said we did see quite a few people walking around in the neighborhood. The property backs up to what appears to be an elementary school. Nice restaurants are close by. About a 25 minute drive to West Point. There is one large bedroom, a fairly large dining room and living room. There is an office with a futon. Plenty of space for the money. I would stay there again.
