"The particular room I had was spotless, clean and without any fragrances. The bed and sheets and pillows appeared to be almost new and very, very comfortable. "

"Never again! I stayed at this hotel with multiple family members, so we had multiple rooms. There were 2 rooms that had roaches. The staff was nice and friendly, but this hotel needs a complete update. "

"I will never stay at a Hampton Inn for the rest of my life. Pool was OOO which was fine other than we were repeated lied to. Our AC in room was not working. First night it was 81 in room. Next morning asked for maintenance while we were out for the day or to be moved. Came back and the new rep had no idea and no one looked at air. They gave me new Room. As we moved into it we realized the room was covered with 30-40 ‘lady bugs’. Three women are not about to stay there. After talking I asked to have the remainder of my stay (3 days) cancel and was refused. To be fair- Expedia was no help either. Never again. I will just go direct thru hotel chains and not 3rd party. "
