When we arrived, we found: garbage cans overflowing, no handrail on stairway, dirty carpet, stained mattresses & chair cushions, half empty water bottles on beds & outside plus a High Noon can at the guest house grill area, dead bugs in ceiling lights, toilet paper holder falling off the walls, BBQ filthy & no propane, umbrella torn & unusable, kitchen cupboard doors falling off, with crumbs...
