It features one queen and two full beds, fast and free unlimited WiFi speed and two 4K Roku TVs. Urban Nook was furnished and decorated with cleanliness, comfort and luxury in mind. The result is a crisp, modern 3 bed 2 bath that provides everything you need! Perfect for families or for groups of friends traveling together. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED! Violation of this rule or any others will result in cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property WITHOUT A REFUND.

Beautiful home

Was not sure of the area and surrounding. But once I met Erica and seen her home we were very please. And to know she lives there as well made us feel very safe. The picture are just what the home looks like. IFIf in the area a need a home you will be please with your choice. Very modernand CLEAN

Beautiful home with all amenities possible!

My family of 7 stayed here for two nights while we went to American Dream for a day - age ranges between 9-17 with 3 adults. The house is impeccable! Incredibly clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us to eat, hang out, and sleep. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and view at sunset and loved that they had family games to play. We had two cars, one was able to park on-site and the second was parked on the street. I parked two streets away but it was only a 3 minute walk. The neighborhood is a busy city. We found it very easy to get everything we needed. Went to dinner at a local Caribbean restaurant, got pizza delivered another night, and of course hit the McDonalds drive through nearby. Everything was wonderful! Thank you to the homeowner and manager for a great stay!

Perfect Stay

5 star property. Everything was new and clean. The latest technology. Our host was always accessible and very helpful. She anticipated our every need (coffee, board games). She even accommodated our need for parking. I will definitely be returning next time I am in the NYC area!
