You won’t be disturbed, with your own private parking and entrance door

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you require for a long or short stay
Longer stays can access to a patio area , with parking for 2/4 cars behind private gates
All furnishings are of the highest quality and we pride ourselves on a luxury modern feel
Although we are very close to all the amenities you could want , we are only accessible by car

Pleasant with attractive local villages

A secure facility with ample parking. Very spacious with a smart internal appearance. Clean & tidy with almost everything for a self catering holiday. The lacking of the smaller things let it down a little, a teapot, spatulas, glass tumblers, a cord for the bathroom fan & well fitted blinds. Not big fans of sensored lighting & selected heating.We like to walk into local villages on accessible footpaths. Stick to car usage as it was too far out from amenities such as pubs, cafes & restaurants. Pleasant enough stay thanks to the Queens Hotel in East Markham. Not a massive Vrbo fan due to hiccups with not having the app on my phone.

Ideal Accommodation

I was so pleased with this accommodation. I do not see how anyone could have said anything other. The host(s) were never seen, they did not interfere in anyway but were always available for any support. The accommodation had generous space, was exceptionally well kept and super clean. We selected the property based upon our busy schedule; it fitted in perfectly. Obviously a more remote, secure, peaceful center for our activities. We were visiting the UK from afar and everything here suited our needs. The hosts were perfect, had thoughtfully placed many small items ready for use, too many to list but their considerations helped with our stay and that was much appreciated, if we were to return to the UK I would opt to stay here again if I were given the opportunity. Again, many thanks for a well thought out property.

Very clean but some worries

Great property, full smart TV, modern and spacious. Efficient check in and good messaging communication with the owner. The location in a busy main road was a bit of a surprise (though not noticeable in the bedroom which is located at the back) as were electric cables protruding below the shower.
