「An easy walk to the pink lot to pick up the walking trail to the concert venue. On site restaurant is a little pricey, but worth every penny. Seriously. Nice upgrades to the hotel. 」
「I liked the modern feel of the Tru. Carpets in hotel rooms always make me a little uneasy from a cleanliness viewpoint, so I was pleased to see hard flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and felt soft on the skin.
Bathroom was spacious, clean and was well stocked with basic toiletries and a hairdryer.
Mini fridge in room was handy for keeping drinks cool. Adjustable AC in the room was a plus as it was over 30 degrees during our stay.
Check in and out very smooth....

Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!」
「It's beautiful but kind of like not noticing when you pull in, and the AC was very very inefficient, I asked for a fan and I guess it's ok but honestly you should look into fixing the AC to central air or something not the indoor stand-up ones like what's there. Other than that beautiful.」

「This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean.
