場所はワシントンパークのそばで地下鉄の駅も近く良い立地です。円安のため一泊あたりデラックスルームで6万円近かったですが、部屋の大きさ、設備、サービスを考えると3万から4万くらいが妥当かと。 部屋の内装はリニューアル済みのようですが古いホテルです。同じフロアのどこかの部屋の人の咳が朝方響き渡ってました。

Stayed for NYU graduation week. Love the antique tile pictures in the lobby. Very friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Close to NYU buildings and subway. Highly recommended!

Staff were just lovely and friendly. The hotel was very charming and clean. I loved learning the history on the website. Our room and the amenities was perfect for our needs and very very clean. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in piece of NYC history.

Really nice, clean and well maintained older place. Very quiet despite being in a really busy location. Friendly staff. Would be nice if there were an "in-between" light breakfast option as opposed to just Full Breakfasts. But there are plenty of options nearby. Washington Park is great in nice weather.

Expedia never contacted the hotel, but still took our money. The reservation was never confirmed by the hotel because Expedia never contacted them. I'm glad that this hotel was so professional and nice and got me a room.

Excellent location, right at Washington Square Park, with shopping, dining, and transportation. The room was charming and had everything we needed. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was huge and delicious, at a great price. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very close to NYU where my daughter is an undergraduate student - so it was perfect! Old style and yet modern touches. Very nice.

Our doorman, bell captain and registration desk person were all super! The area is in flux, transition from historic neighborhood to homeless. The front doors of the Hotel are impacted by the trash, construction, and traffic on the street.

The hallways and elevators are very dingy and the furnishings are very cheap. I don’t know why the rate was so high when there were no perks. No availability for water or drinks.

Avec une évaluation de "9.0 Merveilleux", mes attentes étaient élevées. Dès l'arrivée, on réalise que l'appréciation est surfaite. L'espoir s'est évanoui en ouvrant la porte sur une minuscule chambre. L'hôtel est viellot. C'est propre et tranquille. Bien situé. De là à employer le qualificatif "Merveilleux", il y a loin de la coupe aux lèvres.

Excellent staff and a wonderful stay! They were very accommodating as I had arrived early. I was able to check in earlier than anticipated. This is my 5th time staying at WSH and will always pick this boutique hotel over other stays.

Our room was about 75 degrees at bedtime when we checked in ~ it was very tough to sleep. The front desk said we could open the window, nothing else they could do.
