Room was spotless, minimalist luxury! Door guys and receptionist/ guest experience all amazing! The only thing that lets this hotel down ( having stayed twice now ) is the slow/ inconsistent service in the terrace restaurant.

This is a very good, well run hotel. I was skeptical because I avoid Times Square like the plague, but the location worked well for this trip. Asked for and received a quiet room in the back. My room was smallish, but comfortable layout in Nordic minimalist style. Bar, restaurant, staff all first-rate. And how about this — I left a sport coat on checkout and secured its return quickly and easily.

First time staying here. We loved it. The staff were so hateful and happy and just a great energy. The other guests were also so enjoyable. Yes your in times square but so close to everything.
