Comfortable Enough

Great location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday.

Der Standort ist perfekt. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, Klimaanlage und Bett okay, Der Teppich hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und das Fenster ging zum Hof. Aber wir waren nur zum schlafen dort, somit vollkommen ausreichend. Würde jederzeit wieder hingehen

Convenient to Times Square area, easy walking distance. Staff was friendly and attentive. Housekeeping took car of room without asking which we loved. Rooms are very small(expected in NYC) and there is no mini fridge.

The main reason to stay in this hotel is the location. It is strategically located, close to many attractions and subway. The downside is the hotel shows its age, room(s) is/are outdated, washrooms need a revamp, tv system is decent however took 2 days to figure out how to operate it, makes you believe it doesn't work but it does, you just need to keep changing chanels until you get signal. Another added value is the continental breakfast, not great but definitely helps to start the day. Another plus is the 12pm check out. Staff friendly overall.

This hotel location is closed for renovations. We discovered this only after arriving in NYC. They have us moved to another hotel and confirmed. However the Manhattan Time Sq is a dump. Key cards don’t work. Multiple 1 hour plus lines to speak with the one receptionist.

The room did not look like the picture online. The room was old, smell and was not properly clean..the bathroom was disgusting The tub was not clean. The front desk agent not friendly, overall not happy

Nice hotel

Very nice htel but I called to have the TV turned on after one hr. I went to the front desk. They promised to get I fixed. No one ever showed. When I mentioned it at checkout, they said sorry contact the manager.

Room was small even with a queen bed. Only window was a view of brick. Air, fan and heat unit did not work. Asked for a fan, they did not have one. We did not want someone coming in at 1:00 am to look at the unit. It’s was a great location for getting around in Manhattan.

The windows don’t latch shut and are connected to the fire escape that touches the ground. There is no way to secure your self in for the night. There were hairs all over my bathtub and floor and giant dents and cracks in the walls and windowsills
