Staff was friendly. Rooms were basic but clean and pretty cold table. But Rooms were very loud. Someone doing very loud work with power tools or something in the hall after 9pm and very rude when we wet to see what the noise was . Lots of doors slamming both nights at 4am. Maybe do non emergency work earlier or at least be understanding when guests come to see what is going on. And soft close on doors since all doors are so close to eachother.

Quiet hotel, comfortable rooms

This was a good hotel and location for the area we wanted to be in. The hotel was quiet, and the room was comfortable. It was on the smaller side, but that's to be expected in NYC. Staff was friendly. I would stay again if I needed to be in this part of the city.
