「We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. 「The host was very responsive and kind, and the place itself was nice and neat.There was a sudden dramatic weather change, and although the main heater didn’t work, the host reacted very quickly and brought us strong, nice portable heaters.The only problem was the location— it’s not actually on Park ave. as stated in the description.」

「This apartment was in a great spot right by Columbus Square. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go, and if not, it was a two minute walk from the subway. The air conditioning was especially helpful as we were there during a heat wave. The only thing I took one star off for was the sofa bed; it wasn’t really a bed more like an extended sofa, and the extension kept collapsing while we were on it, so obviously it wasn’t very sufficient. But overall great experience!」
