We absolutely loved this unit. We have been coming to Errol since 1983. Our children have grown up coming here every summer and now they are bringing their children! We love everything about Errol and the New Smyrna area! This condo was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a wonderful vacation! One of our favorites at the complex! Hopefully we can stay next year Lord willing 🥰

Unit was attractively furnished as well as well supplied with necessary living necessities. Did not have to go to grocery store for garbage bags, etc. We were very pleased and will look forward to another stay in unit 512 Errol by the Sea. We had lock trouble when we first arrived, but was immediately taken care of by the office. Thought the second bathroom was great idea and enjoyed having one more. Grounds were well kept. Views were great.

Unit 512 is even more beautiful than the pictures shown online. The furnishings are well appointed and the unit was very clean. Anything you need for cooking, doing laundry or just enjoying the pool/ocean is provided. The notebooks with information help with instructions needed for your stay. The light/fan switches are marked so it's easy to figure out which ones you're turning on! We've tried most of the restaurants suggested and they're all excellent. We can't say enough on how much we've enjoyed staying here and look forward to our next stay! Paula

When you walk in the unit, you know immediately you 'have a winner'! The unit is beautifully decorated,comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for your stay: kitchen has all ghe essentials and more, beach towels, beach chairs and a few boogie boards are also available, extra TP, paper towels and hand soap. The owner, Renee, makes it easy to walk in and feel at home. The master suite bed is so comfortable. I even tried out the Murphy bed a few nights when I had an extra guest. Cooking dinner isn't so bad when you can gaze out at the ocean. The balcony was my favorite place to sit and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. Because the unit faces the west, you can sit out there anytime of day. The condo property is also beautiful and well maintained. It looks like a resort property. I will definitely be back. Don't hesitate to book this unit.

This condo is renovated very nicely and had ample amounts of towels, blankets, toiletries etc. it is far enough from the elevators that you don't hear them and you can still see the ocean from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and had the softest sheets. The furniture is also very comfortable and gives you options of sitting in a recliner or sofa. All light switches are labeled, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but to us it was! Additionally there are instructions in every room and a notebook with the instructions and dining options in NSB. I've been going there for over 20 years and they picked some good ones! The only critique would be if you plan on using the Murphy bed area that there are no black out curtains or blinds so it does get pretty bright in that are of the condo. Otherwise a great unit!
