This beautiful 1-bedroom, top floor oceanfront condo received a complete renovation in 2019. Brand new fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances, huge farmer's sink and a touch-controlled faucet. Ceilings were raised. New lighting throughout and a blackout curtain for the master bedroom. Big HD flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a new walk-in shower and two brand new electric recliners. The spectacular view of the no-drive beach and ocean needed no renovation! Washer and dryer are onsite but not in the unit.

Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! We manage many units in this complex so we can also accommodate a large group for your next family vacation. I have stayed at several beach-side condos, and this one takes the cake for a 2-person condo! The view is amazing! From both the bedroom and living room you can clearly see the ocean. The condo is beautifully remodeled with everything you could need. The balcony has very comfortable furniture. We spent a lot of time there! The property is very clean and well-kept. We had a very enjoyable, quiet, peaceful weekend.

This was a perfect place to spend our vacation. First the view was unbeatable. Next. the location was top notch. We were very spoiled being so close to the water. The condo had everything we needed and more. We only had one minor problem (which was no fault to the owner) while we were there and that was with the air conditioner. We called the emergency number provided to us and within an hour and 1/2 the air conditioner was repaired and we were on our way to the beach. We where impressed with the quick service plus the service man was really nice. We definitely give this rental a "10". The Lombard's

Excellent, Wonderful experience

Was very clean, and met all our needs! We met Josh who cleans our condo , he was so helpful in giving us ideas for eating out at places in town. Loved the location of condo, it had so many things that made our visit so comfort.

Mini vacay

Seemed like a bachelor pad! I've stayed in many condos so have lots to compare to. Property was very nice. Elevators much to be desired leaving us using stairs mostly. The key entry thing was not explained and took some to figure out. Was not advised where laundry and dumpster were. When we went to leave, called and messaged reality to see where dumpster was. No response until nearly an hour and a half later leaving me to cart smelly trash home in my car. Bed could be replaced. Definately seen its better days. Never could figure out how to work living room TV. Wouldnt be my first choice to stay again.

Great View

Kitchen had everything a person might need right down to ziplock bags and Saran Wrap. Wi-Fi fantastic also had phone chargers available. The deck had a great view which was fantastic to watch the sunrise and dolphins in the surf. Will definitely look at booking again on our next visit to New Smyrna
