Clean with an awesome view of the ocean. Needs some new living room furniture or a least sofa and loveseat covers. Both plastic chairs on the porch are broken. Only two wash cloths were provided for both of us for a four-night stay. We didn't ask for more but felt like we shouldn't have had to ask for something like that. Somebody went through the entire unit with flat touch-up paint over a semi-gloss. Matches but looks tacky.

It was a great place! We loved our time there. The lock is very tricky and a bit frustrating and the chairs on the downstairs balcony were broken but they are minor things!

Great

The condo & property were very well maintained. Perfect location walk right to pools & beach. Walk a mile along the beach to Flagler Ave. I was disappointed w/the communication. It seems like some of the responses are automated (from different people)- then sometimes, I believe it was a real person. We were approved to reschedule and gave them dates we needed. And they approved the dates but then later messaged&said we couldn’t reschedule out the 7 days of original scheduled. This was very hard, they should not said yes then recanted. My husband & I both had changed are dates w/our boss after they were approved, then we had to change them again. Due to them misinforming us. Luckily our employers were understanding:/ overall gr8 place/condo would go back

The condo complex and location are very nice; this rental unit not so much. The size and layout are good, but it needs some TLC in addition to a new refrigerator and microwave, as well as a a new living room sofa and loveseat. We had multiple issues with the front door lock and would like to suggest installing a different system.

cute but HOTT

Place was cute. But they do not tell you that there is no air flow upstairs in the bedrooms, I was in the master and barely slept for the 3 nights i was there because it was so hot in the room. I had to go downstairs a few times to cool off and than go back to bed. I would not stay at this place again

You get what you pay for.

The condo is what you pay for. The views are spectacular. The units are dated, but comfortable, EXCEPT, bring your own pillow. The pillows they provided were flimsy, thin and cheap. And, expect to bring your own hand soaps (3) for the bathrooms; we've never stayed in a VRBO that required us to supply our own hand soap. Called management & asked if soap was supposed to been provided, was told yes, there should be soap. After 24 hours, it appeared management was not going to supply us with soap, so we purchased soap with our own money. Thank goodness we hadn't had a bigger problem. Last, a 10 digit code to enter the unit is a bit much. If you're going to have 10 digits, why not make it the renter's phone number so they can remember it.

Poorly maintained

The sofas were very dirty and torn. The microwave was too dirty and rusted inside to use. The fans and return ducts were very dusty. The elevator was broken the whole time we were there which was very inconvenient. Had I known this I would not have rented this place since I am recovering from knee surgery. We were told it has broken for many months.

Great location

Great location and the condo was very nice. Great view, pool area was fabulous. Kitchen had everything you need (except a blender) :(. Door key box very challenging. Elevator closest to unit out of order. There was another one to use further away.

Good view. House too hot.

Clean. Dated. Needs new furniture. Upstairs is hot day and night. Needs a split unit. Great view. Just couldn’t sleep at night. My infant was sweating and couldn’t sleep. Won’t stay again

Great Property and Location

This review is going to use the work door often for a reason, to enter the property you have to enter a 10 - digit code in a lock that has a mind of its own, unless it is pouring with rain it is quite amusing but waiting 20 seconds after the red light flashes seems to do the trick (mostly), apart from that the property was clean, very comfortable and the location cannot be beaten, 2 nice pools, beach access and only a cheap Uber or quick drive to downtown. Internet is super fast which made working easy, Kitchen really well stocked and fridge ice cold (needs a deep clean) washer and dryer seem brand new but the AC really struggles to cool the second floor so you need the fans that are provided. No restrooms around the pool but the Condo is close but of course you have to tackle the door so have to go with the kids or old people or anyone without a phone. Again great property, overall clean but please do something about the lock

Great unit, great view, bad property management

The bad- contacted Vacasa multiple times via text and call. Was told someone would get back with me each time with progressive apologies each time. Three days later, still was never contacted. I feel bad for the property owners. The good- wonderful view, great location, nice pool and beach. Appliances and kitchen supplies were very aged and could use a refresh, but they price the unit well to accommodate and it’s fairly well supplied. AC on 2nd floor struggles to keep up, but was comfortable enough.

Great view

The view was great, however the upstairs toilet was broke and didn’t have water in it. We had to purchase the pool bracelets, but they were close Sunday to get your deposit back for them.

Excellent stay overall

Great oceanfront property. Friendly condo complex with many families. Everything in the condo worked but upstairs wouldn’t cool well with AC at 68. Some cleanliness issues with dishes but nothing major. Would recommend to others.

Misleading Experience

It was impossible to get answers to any questions prior to arriving. No one would respond to my multiple requests. The property sleeps eight, but the sofa bed was dry rotted. The property would only allow six pool/beach access bands and one parking pass. For the amount of money it costs, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. In addition to all of the above, we had no power for three hours Saturday night. I will never use Vrbo/Vacasa again.
