Beach Getaway

Place was perfect, great location near lifeguard and on no drive section of the beach. Pool was awesome too!! Kids LOVED the Marsh Rabbits running around and the 2 friendly tortoises were quit a hit!! Will stay here again soon!!

Back again

My family stayed here years ago and came back again this year with the next generation. I am happy to say that Shorehom By The Sea is still as wonderful as it was 20 years ago. Beautiful site, excellent amenities and great for families.

A short but very nice stay

Good location, beautiful view, nicely decorated and comfortable. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen seemed reasonably well-stocked. Easy communication with Florida Vacay. Recommend.

Wonderful location and beautiful home

The amenities were great and the location of the condo was so great. It was better in person than the pictures! Definitely would love to come back!

Very Nice!

The condo was very nice and exactly as described. From the beach, the property looked fairly dilapidated compared to the neighboring properties, but it is being renovated. This is no fault of the host, their unit was extremely nice!

Wonderful beach vacation

My husband and I planned this vacation with our 3 kids under the age of 10. We wanted a location close to the beach. This place was amazing. We had private access to the beach that was never crowded and it was local to stores as needed. Overall we loved the week we spend on the ocean!

Called in for early check in, left a message but received no call back. Condo was Very clean and spacious. Unfortunately the fan in the master bedroom had a squeaky sound and the pool chain was extremely short. Showerhead in the guest bathroom kept falling off. Coffee maker did not work. The vertical blinds in the living room area on the south side where too Long and could not be closed correctly. The power went out in the evening for two hours and we had no flashlight. Kitchen carpet was old and corners were curved up that could potentially be a trip hazard.

Horrible Property Management

The property was not very clean, and the condo is very old. We had to clean hair and sand out of the tub and shower and on the counter. The elevator did not work, and we were on the 6th floor. We had to climb the stairs several times in the rain. We understand things happen; however, when we asked them for a small credit for the elevator not working for our entire stay, they said we left the place unorderly. We left a coffee cup, a butter knife, and two forks in the sink. We figured they would want to hand wash them instead of wasting water by washing them in the dishwasher. We left a paper bag, a seashell, and two bandaids on the counter. They sent us the pictures saying the condo was dirty and charged us an extra cleaning fee for it, but they would credit it back due to the elevator not working. I would never recommend this property management to anyone. Not sure why we have to pay a cleaning fee and then be expected to clean the condo spotless and do the laundry. I have never ever been charged for a cleaning fee.

Beautiful View! Great Beach Access

This is a beautiful condo and the view was worth every penny! So great to have coffee on the deck and watch the sun rise. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 3 kiddos! We LOVED New Smyrna and will be back for sure! The only downfall to this listing was that when we came in mid May, the elevator broke several times and we had to lug luggage, groceries and beach stuff up and down 6 flights of stairs several times. However, the management company responded quickly to our reports of the outage and did the best they could to work with property management to get it up and running. While this was frustrating—I definitely think they worked with us and our complaints. I would certainly feel comfortable booking with them again!

The condo was overall fine other than we were concerned about the stability of the structure. We did not sleep the first night due to the extremely loud noises that erupted in the condo due to the high wind that night.

Great condo with wonderful view

Although the weather was challenging during our short stay in November, we had a great view from our sixth floor balcony up and down the coast. The waves are practically at your doorstep! The condo was extremely clean and everything we needed was there. There was plenty of room for us three and the furnishings were very nice. Cute restaurants were nearby. Although the space shot was canceled, it would have been a great location to view it from. Thanks for sharing such a great place with us!

The condo was great. Perfect view of the beach and very spacious. So nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, etc. available with the use of the condo . Pool was also very nice. Outside of unit could use some work but overall experience was really nice.

Family getaway

We had a great time. The kids loved being right on the beach and hanging out on the balcony overlooking the water. Beautiful views. Plenty of space. Quiet. We would definitely go back!

Awesome views

This unit suited us very well. Everything you need is in the condo including beach chairs and towels. The view from the balcony is outstanding and a terrific place to watch the sunrise. To reach the beach just take the elevator down, walk through the pool area and you’re on the boardwalk! Highly recommended.

Amazing View!!

We spent a lot of time on the large balcony enjoying the view over New Year's. We loved the layout and the no drive beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay beautiful views

This is property was a great find for us. When you walk in right away you can see the view of the ocean. The kitchen was nice and spacious along with all modern appliances. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with and matter of fact the entire place had everything we needed. I would stay here again and if you are looking at a place in NSB then this is the place to be.

Fun family getaway

The place was immaculate and fully equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella and games. There were pool noodles too! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was the best and all the furniture was very comfortable. We will definitely let be back! The only downside was the late check-in and early check-out times, however the owners are very responsive and allowed us to use the pool a few hours before check-in.
