Important Information Regarding Beach Restoration
Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 10th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

Location at its best! Just steps away from parking, the pool, and the no-drive section of the beach, this first floor unit is easily accessible. Overlooking the pool with a view of the ocean, coffee & sunrise can be enjoyed together. The garden porch with lounger, chairs, & cocktail tables is a comfortable place to watch family in the pool or simply relax. With no elevator hassle, convenience to the beach, pool, sundeck, grill, shuffleboard & cabana adds to the total relaxation experience. After dark, the lighted palms and pool add ambience that can be enjoyed from the living area.

The 2/2 unit is comfortably furnished and sleeps four. There is a smart TV in the living area and another TV in the master/primary bedroom. Three charging stations with USB and USB-C connections make it easy to charge multiple devices simultaneously. A desk and strong WiFi make for a working vacation. The beach theme is subtle with space for guests to make the place their own. Each bathroom has a makeup mirror and hair dryers etc. The unit includes beach chairs, toys, and board games. A full-sized washer & dryer is in the utility room.

The galley kitchen is functional, efficient, & well equipped for preparing food away from home. In addition to the essentials, there is a blender and crockpot.

If you like convenience, comfort, & clean, 109 is the unit for you. If you need a desk with strong WiFi, 109 is ideal.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
